Dear Paw uses the information you provide about your pet to generate AI-simulated conversations. All responses are AI-generated and do not represent your actual pet, real animal communication, or messages from the afterlife.

Dear Paw personnel do not routinely review conversations; authorised personnel may access them only where reasonably required for support, technical investigations, complaints, or legal obligations.

After registering as a free member, you can create 1 pet profile and have an allowance of 15 pet chat messages per day. If you choose to purchase a paid plan, your subscription begins when you confirm your purchase and you will be billed regularly according to your selected plan. Unless you change your plan before the next renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically. You can view or change your current subscription plan at any time from your account.
